4 15Europe must look beyond tech innovation and increase design for growth

Speaking at the first Design for Europe annual summit in Brussels, Antti Peltomäki, Deputy Director-General, DG Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship & SMEs at the European Commission announced that whilst the EU’s overall level of innovation has remained stable, more investment is needed to boost its innovation performance.
