Objective
Provide space for Green Deal Projects to exchange with partners and/or projects from some of the Pact for Skills partnerships. The webinar will aim to foster synergies between actors developing technological solutions in key industrial ecosystems (such as renewable energy, construction, energy intensive industries) and actors working on supporting the upskilling and reskilling of workers in those ecosystems. The participants will discuss skills needs, barriers/challenges on upskilling/reskilling, and good practices how to reskill workers in key industrial sectors.
