The 2024 edition of Barcelona Design Week (BDW) will be celebrated from 16 – 26 October. The BDW aims to bring design and creativity closer to the public and to mobilize the sector to share the vitality of Barcelona’s design with the world, highlighting its social and economic importance and inviting various audiences to this event to experience it.
This 19th edition, under the slogan Design for Human Future, puts the focus on water in the wake of the crisis caused by the drought and seeks to explore how design can contribute to accelerating the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the building a future in sustainable balance between the planet and human beings.
