Design Month Graz unites creative minds from all over the world to discuss the future of design and highlights the economic and societal impact of design.
Under the theme “The New Real”, the Design Month Graz 2025 will take place from 9 May to 1 June.
Artificial intelligence is accelerating, technology is taking over, and reality is transforming. We are witnessing a new kind of real and a transformation that spares no industry. For professionals in design, communication, media, and the creative industries, these shifts bring significant implications. During Design Month 2025, we aim to explore these changes under the programme focus “The New Real”: What does human creativity mean in an age of artificial intelligence? How are business models shifting? What responsibilities do those shaping new immersive worlds bear?
Grand Opening on 9 May, Programme until 1 June
Answers to these questions await the design community in engaging discussions, exhibitions, workshops, and installations at the festival center located at the Hornig Areal behind Graz Main Station. The Grand Opening will take place on Friday, 9 May, with the programme running at the festival center and various other locations in and around Graz until 1 June.
