Seminar for Strategic Design with AI
About AI & Design Processes – How creative work is rethought
How can we rethink processes?
AI is not a substitute for design. It becomes a powerful tool if you set the direction. It changes the way we research, design and decide and ask the question: How do you use it without giving up the creative leadership? Where does it support you, and where do you remain the authority that decides qualitatively and strategically?
Who is it for?
This seminar is for designers, creative directors, and process managers who see AI as a structural shift and want to consciously shape processes instead of being driven by algorithms.
What is it about?
It explores how to use AI to save time and improve quality, how to balance creative judgment with algorithmic support, and how to design processes where AI supports you without taking the lead—treating human-in-the-loop as a deliberate design decision.
What to expect:
Instead of technology hype, the focus is on reflecting on your creative practice. Rather than developing a business strategy, you will build an attitude that shapes your daily work. And instead of tool demos, you will gain clear principles for using AI effectively and understanding where to trust your own experience.
You will leave with practical principles for your everyday work and a solid framework for making decisions—so you stay in control of the design process while using AI as support.
