2026 Creative Europe Call for European Cooperation Projects Open
This call will support projects carrying out a broad spectrum of activities and initiatives involving artists and stakeholders active in different cultural and creative sectors.
With a budget of around €60 million, the action will foster cooperation between organisations active in the field of culture, increasing the cross-border dimension of creation and circulation of European artistic content. It will also encourage the development, experimentation, dissemination, and application of new and innovative practices.
The action is expected to support around 150 projects.
Deadline for Applications: 5 May 2026
European cooperation projects are open to all organisations in the cultural and creative sectors, but projects consisting solely of audio‑visual content or exclusively involving audio‑visual organisations are not eligible, as this action belongs to the Culture strand of Creative Europe. Individuals cannot apply.

Creative Europe Desks in each participating country offer programme guidance and support for cross‑border cooperation.
Supporting cross-border cooperation
Funding is available for 3 types of projects:
- Small scale cooperation projects (minimum 3 partners from 3 different eligible countries)
- Medium scale cooperation projects (minimum 5 partners from 5 different eligible countries)
- Large scale cooperation projects (minimum 10 partners from 10 different eligible countries)
Projects can cover one or more cultural and creative sectors and can be interdisciplinary.
Duration of Projects: maximum 48 months
