A New Funding Tool to Revitalise Neighbourhoods: NEB Facility
The New European Bauhaus Facility 2025–2027 is an EU funding tool supporting innovative, sustainable, inclusive, and beautiful neighbourhood transformations.
With a budget of €118.4 million from Horizon Europe, the topics under this call support projects that connect the green transformation, social inclusion, and local democracy, explore circular and regenerative approaches for the built environment, and identify innovative funding and business models for European neighbourhoods.
Shaped through 2024 consultations with Member States and stakeholders, it will be guided by a dedicated Expert Group to ensure effective implementation.
The first calls for proposals under the research and innovation component of the NEB Facility are published on the Commission’s Funding and Tenders portal and the NEB Funding page, with a deadline of 12 November 2025.
