
EUIPO Launches €7.9 Million Tender for Integrated Communication Services
The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) has launched a new public procurement procedure for the provision of integrated communication services in the field of intellectual property. The framework contract covers public relations, communication campaigns, digital marketing, design and audiovisual services, with an estimated value of €7.9 million over four years.
This tender provides a significant opportunity for communication, creative and design agencies with experience in European-level campaigns and stakeholder engagement.
About the Tender
Through this tender, EUIPO is seeking one or more partners capable of delivering integrated communication activities that support its Strategic Plan 2030 and its mission to promote awareness, understanding and use of intellectual property rights across Europe.
The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for a broad range of services, including:
- Strategic communication planning and campaign development
- Public relations and media outreach
- Digital marketing and social media campaigns
- Graphic design and creative production
- Website and microsite development
- Content creation and multilingual communication
- Audiovisual production, including video and motion graphics
- Campaign monitoring, reporting and performance analysis
EUIPO places particular emphasis on digital-first communication, accessibility, multilingualism and the ability to deliver campaigns across all EU Member States.
DesignEuropa Awards Featured in the Tender
One of the key elements of the procurement process is a case study focused on the DesignEuropa Awards 2027, EUIPO’s flagship initiative celebrating excellence in registered European design. Tenderers are asked to develop an integrated communications campaign to raise the profile of the awards across Europe while supporting engagement with designers, businesses, policymakers and the wider public.
