Lithuanian Design Week'24 Programme Overview

Lithuanian Design Week happening from 3 – 9 June will take place in seven of Lithuania’s cities. For the 19th time, the festival will inspire the design industry to wonder about sustainability and innovations.

Each year the Lithuanian Design Week’s organizer the Lithuanian Design Forum announces the festival’s theme, and this year change took place. Contributing to the Design Forum, on 4 June eight companies will be invited to “Interior dialogues” to hear out a discussion about the interior of the future moderated by professionals. Frevini Studio and Veneks Boutique will wait for interior designers to hear out about the newest collections in Vilnius, Kaunas, and Klaipėda interior studios. In Kaunas, the bathroom accessory studio of Aquahome will invite interior designers to brunch on 7 June.

Many other events will take place in various Lithuanian cities. Exhibitions, gastronomy, workshops, presentations, movies… The Embassy of Sweden is going to welcome guests to Swedish Design Movement Day on 3 June. The Design Week’s partner, Vilnius Academy of Arts for the whole week will welcome spectators to the Graduation Show 2024 in four cities. The graduates are going to present the new generation’s ideas on interior, fashion, textile designs, and applied arts. In the new Tech Zity offices project, the event “ARCHzonaTALKS” will welcome architects and interior designers to talk about the new cherished sustainability standards. “Chagall. Picasso. Ernst. Ceramics and Tapestries” exhibition in the Museum of Applied Art and Design will invite to admire masterful works.
