National Policy Labs Call for BEDA Members

BEDA invites members to host one of four National Policy Labs (North, South, East, West) to test the Living Design Policy Framework Materials (LDPFM) and co-develop national or regional design policy approaches within the MADres project scope.

These Labs will explore how design can be integrated into their national policy agendas. The knowledge obtained from the Labs will inform the development of a European Design Policy Process.

What’s in it for you?

Be at the forefront of innovation by testing the Living Design Policy Framework Materials (LDPFM), working hand-in-hand with public authorities and key stakeholders. Together, you’ll co-create national insights, actionable recommendations, and strategic roadmaps that embed design into public policy and drive meaningful change.

Funding & Support:

Grant per Lab: €34,000 (lump sum)
Duration: 17 months (May 2026 – Sept 2027)
4 Labs funded – one per European macro-region
