PDR Secures Three iF DESIGN AWARD 2026 Wins Across Industry, Sustainability and Healthcare

PDR has secured three iF DESIGN AWARD 2026 wins, with recognition spanning product design, service design and user experience (UX). The awards highlight the role of design in addressing complex challenges across industry, sustainability and healthcare, and place PDR among a small group of organisations recognised multiple times by one of the world’s most respected international design programmes.

The iF DESIGN AWARD 2026 attracted more than 10,000 submissions from 68 countries, evaluated by an independent international jury of design and sustainability experts. PDR’s award‑winning projects demonstrate how design can improve operational performance, support circular‑economy practices and deliver clarity and reassurance in high‑pressure human contexts.

Winning projects include Nexus, a modular intelligent laser system developed with Nexus Lasers and Robotics to support advanced manufacturing environments; Geopak, a smart circular packaging service created with Whitecroft Lighting to replace single‑use construction‑site packaging; and Ellie, a child‑centred emergency alert device concept designed to help young children seek help during medical emergencies.

Together, the projects reflect a cross‑sector approach to design that considers people, systems and technology in equal measure, demonstrating how design practice can respond effectively to real‑world complexity.
