SME Fund for IP Scans, Trade Marks and Designs and Community Plant Varieties is Still Open

The Ideas Powered for business SME Fund grant scheme for EU-based small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to protect their intellectual property (IP) rights is open until 5 December 2025.

You can still apply for:

• Voucher 1 (IP Scans),
• Voucher 2 (Trade marks and designs)
• Voucher 4 (Community plant varieties).

It provides a lawful means to prevent the unauthorised replication or utilisation of your distinct concepts, offerings, or merchandise.

Who can benefit from the SME Fund?

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) based in the European Union or Ukraine can benefit from the SME Fund, whether applying directly as business owners or through authorised employees or representatives.
