Taiwan International Student Design Competition: A Global Stage for Young Creatives
The Taiwan International Student Design Competition (TISDC) is an international platform for student designers to share their creativity, culture, and vision with a global audience. Organised under the auspices of Taiwan’s Ministry of Education, the competition champions the development of young talent while strengthening Taiwan’s reputation as a hub of innovation and creativity.
2025 Theme – Diversity
Each year, the TISDC promotes a theme that reflects contemporary global values. In its latest edition, the competition continues its commitment to fostering creative design exchange among students from different cultural backgrounds. The goal is to stimulate meaningful dialogue, showcase multicultural perspectives, and inspire designs that reflect the richness of global diversity.
Through the power of design, students can incorporate multicultural perspectives, stimulate innovation, and facilitate cross-boundary collaboration and inclusion, thereby fostering new opportunities for societal progress. TISDC offers:
- Total prize pool of NT$4 million (approx. EUR 117,700)
- To engage globally with student designers from all over the world.
- To gain recognition on an international platform, completely free of charge.
- Winners will be invited to the award ceremony, networking events, and an exclusive exhibition of their work.
