The state of design in the UK
Design Council (UK) have launched a research and evaluation programme to investigate the state of design in the UK over the next few years. This will build on the strong foundations of Design Economy 2015 and 2018, which focused on the economic value of design.
They want to properly explore the challenge of what evidence people need to better use design to tackle their biggest challenges. They’re reaching out to consult designers, non-designers and those that don’t use design on what they think are the big questions that need to be answered about design’s role and impact. This is your chance to have your say on their research priorities.
To do this, they are applying a design approach to their research development and dissemination.
