Styrian Products, a programme by Creative Industries Styria, raises awareness for good design along with the added economic value. The selected examples are great concepts, resulting from smart strategies and clever solutions from a design perspective. Behind each product lies a success story that reflects the potential of an entire region – Styria (Austria). The Items were chosen according to three main principles: “created in Styria – produced in Styria – sold worldwide”.
Styrian Products raises awareness of good design and its associated economic value. Styrian Products gathers around 100 outstanding products from 60 Styrian companies into a unique collection, impressively showcasing why design makes a difference. As a continuously growing collection with high design standards, selected products from Styria are presented, representing the great diversity of Styrian design, thoughtful functionality, and convincing aesthetics.
Each product tells a success story and reflects the potential of an entire region – Styria – and its creative talents. The selection ranges from fashion and accessories to furniture and interior design, to industrial product and packaging design. Included are products from Andy Wolf Eyewear, ADA Möbel, Steiner1888, XAL, and Lena Hoschek, among others. The entire design process is made visible, from the idea to the finished product. Styrian Products are ambassadors for good design, intelligent strategies, and smart solutions.
